Why Arnasea

Arnasa means “breath” in Basque. Add the suffix article, and you get arnasea: “the breath.”

Basque is one of the oldest living languages in Europe. Isolated, with no known relatives, spoken long before writing existed. It survived everything.

So did breathing.

Before meditation apps, before subscriptions and gamification - there was conscious breathing. Tibetan Tummo, cardiac coherence, military box breathing. Centuries-old tools with documented physiological effects.

Expect warmth, clarity, and nervous-system activation. Contraindicated during pregnancy and for heart conditions; never practice in water or while driving.

A breathing technique that synchronizes heart rhythm with the autonomic nervous system. Breathing at six cycles per minute regulates heart-rate variability, lowers cortisol, and brings calm. Validated in cardiology and clinical psychology.

Cardiac coherence, box breathing and 4-7-8 carry no known risk. Tummo is contraindicated during pregnancy and for heart or respiratory conditions, and must never be practiced in water or while driving. A warning appears before every Tummo session.
